Cancellation Policy

You are always in control of your WaYantra subscription. This policy explains how to cancel and what happens to your account afterwards.
1. No lock-in
WaYantra has no long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
2. How to cancel
- From your dashboard: go to Settings → Billing and choose “Cancel subscription”.
- By email: write to support@wayantra.com from your registered email address and we’ll process it for you.
- By phone: call +91 9090 060677 during support hours.
3. When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, after which it will not renew. You can export your data anytime, and we will close your account fully on request.
4. Refunds on cancellation
Cancelling stops future charges but does not, by itself, refund the current period. If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please see our Refund Policy.
5. Your data after cancellation
You can export your contacts and data before cancelling. After your account is closed, we retain data only as long as required by law and then delete or anonymise it, as described in our Privacy Policy.
