Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can obtain a refund for payments made to WaYantra (“WaYantra”). WaYantra is a digital subscription service (software-as-a-service).
1. Free trial first
We offer a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate WaYantra before paying. We encourage you to use the trial to make sure the product fits your needs, as it is the best way to avoid a charge you may later wish to reverse.
2. Refund eligibility
- First subscription payment: if you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first paid charge, provided the service has not been substantially used or abused (for example, large-volume broadcasts already sent).
- Renewals: renewal payments are generally non-refundable. If a renewal was charged in error or you intended to cancel before it, contact us within 7 days and we will review it fairly.
- Unused portion: we do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a billing cycle after the eligibility window, but you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
3. Non-refundable items
- Applicable taxes and payment-gateway fees, where non-recoverable.
- Add-ons or usage-based charges that have already been consumed.
- Charges on accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions.
4. How to request a refund

5. Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
6. Cancellation
Requesting a refund does not automatically cancel your subscription. To stop future billing, please also follow our Cancellation Policy.
