1. The service

WaYantra is a software-as-a-service platform that helps businesses manage customer conversations, automation, broadcasts and analytics on WhatsApp using the official WhatsApp Business (Meta) Cloud API.

2. Eligibility & account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use WaYantra to:

• Send spam, unsolicited or unlawful messages, or violate WhatsApp/Meta Business and Commerce policies.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any person.
• Transmit malware, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt the service.
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive or illegal activity.

Violation of WhatsApp/Meta policies may result in restrictions imposed by Meta on your number, which are outside our control.

4. Plans, billing & taxes

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring (monthly or yearly) basis through our payment partner, Razorpay.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST) unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You authorise us and Razorpay to charge your payment method for each renewal.

5. Free trial

We may offer a free trial. We may modify or discontinue trials at any time. No charge is made during a trial unless you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.

6. Cancellation & refunds

You may cancel at any time — see our Cancellation Policy. Refund eligibility and timelines are described in our Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

WaYantra, including its software, design and content, is owned by WaYantra and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. You retain ownership of your own content and customer data.

8. Third-party services

The service integrates with third parties such as Meta (WhatsApp), Razorpay and Cloudflare. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WaYantra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for unlawful conduct. You may stop using the service at any time by cancelling your account.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Dombivli, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
